Hybrid World Adelaide (HWA) is an Australian business which sells tickets and passes to attend events during the October 4-8 Hybrid World Adelaide. All prices listed for purchase are final and non-negotiable and are in Australian dollars. Hybrid World Adelaide tickets and passes do not attract GST. By buying a ticket or pass you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

Hybrid World Adelaide has a strict no exchange or refund policy. Please be sure that you have selected the correct session and ticket type before completing your purchase. This is non-negotiable and discussion will not be entered into. This no exchange or refund policy applies to all Hybrid World Adelaide conference events and public events. If a transaction needs to be cancelled for any reason, please call 08 8394 2505 to discuss with a member of our team.

Tickets purchased via our website will be delivered via the email address provided when the account is created within an hour of purchase. The ticket(s) will be delivered in a PDF format. Please ensure that the email address you supply us is correct, as Hybrid World Adelaide is not responsible for tickets sent to the wrong email address. Hybrid World Adelaide is aware of our carbon footprint and is taking every step to become paper-free.
At the point of purchase, you’ll be offered the opportunity to have your tickets available for collection at the Box Office Booth. Please be aware that collecting your tickets at the Box Office Booth will make your printable PDF tickets invalid.

Tickets purchased by phone are available for collection at the Box Office. Tickets may only be collected by the credit card holder on presentation of the credit card used for the booking, the booking number, and any relevant concessions.

Lost tickets can be reprinted at the Box Office. A proof of purchase and a photo ID is required. Please visit our Box Office Booth at Tonsley Innovation Precinct to organise a reprint of lost tickets.

All sessions are general admission only. To guarantee a good seat, please arrive early.
Valid Concession or membership ID must be presented when buying or collecting tickets and, if requested, on entry to the Hybrid World Village.

A valid Companion Card or valid Companion Card Number must be produced at the time of the booking to gain access to the Companion Card Scheme offer.

Hybrid World Adelaide will endeavour to operate standby queues for all sold out sessions. Entry is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

By submitting your order, you are indicating that you have read and accept the Hybrid World Adelaide Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

HWA reserves the right to deny any person admission to any event-managed venues.
All persons seeking admittance to attend an event or session must have a valid ticket, irrespective of their age.

HWA accepts a range of concessions to help keep the event accessible to all. We offer concession tickets on events (where listed) to full-time students, pensioners, healthcare cardholders and seniors. A current ID, pre arranged letter of concession or concession (union) card must be presented when buying or collecting tickets and, if requested, on entry to the Hybrid World Village.

Latecomers may not be admitted to a session, and tickets may be re-sold to a standby queue. There are no exchanges or refunds available if patrons arrive late to a session.
Particulars of any session or event may be changed without prior notice. Sessions, artists or performers may be added, withdrawn or substituted for specific performances or sessions. In the case of a cancelled session, HWA will offer exchanges.

Your personal details will never be sold to a third party by HWA or passed on for marketing purposes. You can view our privacy policy.
